Supply/Merchandise Shipping Policy The following doesn't include animals or feeders 1. You can return any supply/merchandise item within 14 days of order date if accompanied by an invoice for reasons of damage, wrong product ordered, and defective. If no invoice is accopanied, you may only use store credit. 2. All products sold through Herp Hobbyist are gaurenteed through the manufacture's gaurentee, for the specified time frame on the product description. 3. After the 14 days from the order date, any problem encountered with the product will need to be refered to the manufacturer. 4. Chameleon Hobbyist cannot be responsible for return shipping charges. Your shipping charges on your order as well as return will not be refunded. 5. All orders include insurance on the item(s) in the price of shipping. If you receive an item damaged, please contact the shipping company and then us. What you will need to do if you need to return supplies/merchandise other than feeders and animals: -Contact Us via email, including your invoice number, supplies/merchandise that you wish to return, detailed description why you wish to return the item, and your address. -Ship the item(s) back after approval from us (You are responsible for shipping -We will contact you within 24 business hours to continue the return transaction Animal Shipping Policy (Other than feeders) All animals have a 24 hour from arrival health and live arrival gaurentee excluding extreme weather conditions (50 or less degrees Ferenheit or above 85 degrees Ferenheit would be considered extreme weather conditions) Shipping an animal requires overnight delivery and will require a straight fee of $50.00. This fee includes the box, shipping label, styrofoam container, packing materials, deli cup(s), food, hot/cod packs, and delivery service This fee is for 1-2 animals. 3-5 will require an extra $5.00 per animal. 5-+ please contact me.
